I had the pleasure of working with Arsalan on an SRED project that leveraged AI to structure and analyze complex data. You are a great team player who takes time to understand the business outcomes, partners with both business and engineering teams to help define the right solution, and are able to balance 'quick' while minimizing near-turn refactoring. You are a value to the team ensuring requirements are always clear, keeping all stakeholders in the loop on progress, keeping smiles in daily scrums and politely offering additional ideas to help accelerate the roadmap. Arsalan has been an invaluable software developer for one of Indellient’s larger projects with one of the largest technology corporations in the world. He was able to learn the product, assimilate with the client team, and provide value very quickly. He has seamlessly adapted to many changes in the project environment, and has coordinated directly with project stakeholders to contribute to big positive change to the product. He has also always participated in improving existing SDLC process, and brings a very positive and high spirited attitude to the table.
